Our team of therapists are fully trained as well as having beauty and medical backgrounds. Enhance uses the latest and most advanced technology for non-surgical body and facial enhancements.

Hello, i’m Jo Leah-Baines, founder of Enhance Medical Aesthetics clinic, established in 2018 and located within the beautiful grounds of The Mill House in Tutbury.
At Enhance, we are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best. We offer a comprehensive range of beauty and aesthetic treatments, continually investing in the latest technologies an innovative services to deliver exceptional results and experiences.
Working closely with clients of all ages and backgrounds, I regularly hear conversations about the challenges that come with ageing, childbirth, menopause and lifestyle changes. Common concerns such a pelvic floor weakness, urinary incontinence, reduced confidence, intimacy issues, and general wellbeing effects both men and women, yet many people feel uncomfortable discussing them.
These conversations inspired me to explore effective, non-invasive solutions that could make a real difference to people’s lives. Through my own research, I discovered the BetterPelvi Chair and recognised its incredible potential to support pelvic health, strengthen the pelvic floor, and hep restore confidence.

Hi everyone, I'm Asha, and I'm delighted to be part of the team at Enhance Medical Aesthetics Clinic.
My passion for beauty continues to grow every day, and I absolutely love helping my clients feel confident, pampered and at their very best. Whether you're looking for beautiful nails, perfectly sculpted brows or glowing skin, my aim is to ensure every treatment is tailored to you, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and confident.

I helped start Enhance in 2018 having studied and worked in beauty since leaving school. My passion has always been this industry as well as making everyone feel the best in their own skin. I am a level 4 qualified beauty therapist and proud to have been trained by some if the top people in the industry such as Nilam Holmes who is one of the best advanced beauty therapists in the UK.
Here at Enhance I use all the latest technology and brands to ensure my clients get the best treatments and results for all their needs.
I am proud to say I have a very high success rate and client satisfaction with all our treatments. I have recently become a brand ambassador with Pure Skin with their latest machines PureHydro and PureDerma. I am a Semi Permanent Tattoo trainer, artist and celebrity makeup artist. After my schooling education, I took multiple makeup courses where I developed my love for working with the face and women giving confidence and working with colour and skin tones , from there I went on to working for MAC cosmetics as a specialist makeup artist.
I am a perfectionist and enjoy working patiently and meticulously to produce unbeatable, natural-looking permanent makeup, adding colour to their lips give there face more structure and definition in the eyebrows and eyes and now I am also fully trained in scar camouflage and micro needling helping women who have had severe trauma in life through health or through self harm hide and conceal scars. I continue to see clients from all over the world adding a little colour and shape to their face or body and to help find a love for their natural beauty which in this day has such high demand.
